Troubleshooting

7 segment display of the Coverage Unit shows a value of 0. It means the Coverage Unit is too close to the Window Unit.

Try this:

• Move the Coverage Unit further away from the Window Unit.

E4 error message means the Window Unit is overheating.

Try this:

• Make sure that the vents on the Unit are not blocked. Move the unit to a cooler area. The system will start working normally when it cools down.

E3 error message means the Coverage Unit is overheating.

Try this:

Make sure that the vents on the Unit are not blocked. Move the unit to a cooler area. The system will start working normally when it cools down.

E1 error message means there is no signal on Window Unit.

Try this:

• Try moving the Window Unit to another room or area where you have coverage. (Use your mobile phone to find the best 3G coverage.)

Red Status Indicator on the Coverage Unit means there is a hardware error.

Try this:

• Try resetting the Coverage Unit by unplugging it and then plugging it back in.
• If problem persists return system for service.
